What is the free first video?
One video, 10 seconds, 480p, with a watermark. No card needed.
How do credits work?
One credit balance for every model: video, image and voice. Plan credits reset each billing cycle. Credits you buy separately never expire.
How do I get more credits?
Buy a pack from $5 for 500 on the Billing page in the app. Packs work on any plan.
A video failed. Do I lose the credits?
No. Credits for a failed video go back to your balance on their own. Not back after 24 hours? Email support@agent-media.ai.
How do I connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor?
Add https://api.agent-media.ai/mcp in your AI app, then sign in through the browser. The Connect page has the steps for each app.
Does it cost extra to use it from my AI?
No. It uses the same credits as Studio.
How do I cancel my plan?
Cancel anytime from your account. You keep your plan until the period ends.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are generally non-refundable once processing has begun. The Refund Policy has the details.
