What Topview Drama Studio does

Topview describes Drama Studio as "an AI planning agent with an editable workbench for outlines, characters, scripts, and beats", "Built for Short Drama Creators, Writers, MCNs, and Content Teams". You start from an idea, a script or a novel and plan it with the agent. You review the outline, characters, scripts and beats on the workbench, make storyboards, and move the beats you approve into episode production.

The output it lists is scene breakdowns, shot-by-shot storyboards, dialogue, voiceover, captions and AI video scenes, and it says "vertical 9:16 video is usually the best format". Characters and scenes are built before any video, and voice settings are per character, with availability that "depends on the selected production flow and models". Episode length and episode count are not stated on Topview's pages.

API, MCP and Claude

Topview has a public API with five endpoints: URL-to-Video, Materials-to-Video, Video Avatar, Product Avatar and Product Anyshoot. None is for drama. Topview MCP is described as "A full-stack AI marketing agent" for Claude, Cursor and other AI tools, and the MCP page does not mention dramas or episodes. On the pricing page, Plus and Business list "Access to API" and "Access to MCP for AI tools", while Ultra and Team plan credits "cannot be used for API calls".

agent-media is made for the other direction: the drama itself is planned, cast, written and filmed from Claude over MCP, and each episode's script and price come to you in the chat.

How agent-media makes a series

agent-media works inside Claude. You ask for a series, and it interviews you in short rounds of multiple-choice questions, pitches three concepts if you have no idea yet, writes a story bible and a season grid with a cliffhanger for each episode, casts two leads and up to six friends or rivals, and builds up to eight locations. You approve the season plan, the cast, and each episode's script and price before it is filmed. Episodes are vertical 9:16, 15 to 60 seconds, at 480p or 720p, with captions burned in, no watermark and the same cast every time.

You connect Claude once with a browser sign-in: no API keys and nothing to install. The connect steps appear in the app after checkout. The interview offers 3, 5 or 10 episodes, or anything from 1 to 20, and a script you have not filmed yet can still be rewritten.

How the price is counted

Topview's pricing page lists plans billed annually, before VAT: Plus at $36 a month ($432 a year) with 100 credits a month, Business at $44 a month ($528 a year) with 3,000 credits a year upfront, Ultra at $50 a month with 500 credits a month, and Team at $56 a month per seat with 500 credits per seat a month. Enterprise is through sales. Drama Studio is not named on the pricing page.

On agent-media, Episode 1 of your own show is $1: one 30-second episode at 480p. A micro drama, ten 30-second episodes at 480p with the same cast, is $49 one-time, Episode 1 included, and a new show is another $49. Making many shows? Monthly plans are $49 for 300 seconds at 480p and $149 for 1,200, with half the seconds at 720p. If you have not filmed an episode within 7 days, your first payment is refunded in full.
